Expenses
UPDATE:-
Sir Thomas Legg has today published his final report on the
review of MP Expenses. I am pleased that following his
investigation I have not been found to have made any
improper claims.
You may
notice that there was a repayment made to my Office Account
this was in respect of Council Tax overpaid and subsequently
refunded.

Published Expense Claims
Documents and receipts have been scanned electronically to
make information on MPs' allowances available to the public
online. These scans relate cover claims dating back to
2004/05 and up to 2007/08.
On this page you will see links to files of edited scans of
documents submitted in support of claims made by me against:
-
the
Additional Costs Allowance - paid to reimburse Members
for necessary costs incurred when staying overnight away
from their main home
-
the
Incidental Expenses Provision - the costs associated
with running an office
-
the
Communications Allowance - introduced in 2007/08 which
provides funds for MPs to communicate with constituents
Each file is
in a PDF format containing details that relate to the year
of each allowance. This is shown in the file name.
The scans have been edited to remove information which could
cause serious security issues and breach the privacy of the
MP, their staff and other third parties.
For general information about the allowances and for further
information about expenditure, refer to the links on this
page. Please note that there have been four editions of the
Green Book (the official guidance to MPs on allowances)
published from 2004 to 2008 which reflects changes made to
the rules between these dates. Links to these editions are
given at the bottom of the page.
